Road Safety Week is not sufficient to end the killer monsters in the name of Private Buses that are freely speeding up & down the national & state highways creating night-mares to the law abiding road users plus over-loaded Mine Lorries that destroys the roads, bridges & culverts. They don't care for anybody & the RTO officials are in their pay-roll who allows them to flaunt the Road Safety Rules.
