Bengaluru: People flock for chicken, food kits gifted away by minister for Ramadan

Bengaluru, May 21: K R Pura BJP MLA and minister of Urban Development, B A Basavaraj gifted chicken and food kits to the people of his constituency on the eve of Ramadan. People flocked to collect them ignoring social distance.

The programme was held under the leadership of K R Pura ward corporator, Jayaprakash and set it in motion by minister B A Basavaraj. The kits were distributed to the people later after making them stand in a queue like cattle.

There is anguish among social circles that social distancing is not maintained even in programmes held by the minister in Bengaluru.
