Mangaluru, Oct 5: Akshaya Patra in Mangaluru distributed over 184 COVID-19 relief kits to various poor and underprivileged citizens of Mangaluru on Sunday, October 4 at Sujeer C V Nayak Hall in Kadri.
The programme was jointly organised by GSB Seva Sangha, Kadri and GSB Sabha, Kodikal.
Sanandana Dasa co-ordinator, COVID Relief Akshaya Patra Foundation, CA S S Nayak chairman, ICAI, Mangaluru, Dr Mohan Pai president - GSB Seva Sangha, Ganesh Kamath president - GSB Sabha, Kodikal, Vishwanath Bhat managing trustee - Shree Navadurga Temple, Mannagudda, Suresh Shenoy social worker and other leaders of the community were present.
On this occasion, Sanandana Dasa addressed the beneficiaries to make use of the relief materials for their family so as to face the challenges brought on by the pandemic.
