Mangaluru: Photographer dies due to health complications

Mangaluru, Dec 17: Dharnesh Konaje (38), owner of Photo Spot Studio in Deralakatte, died due to heart related ailments on Wednesday December 16.

Dharnesh, son of Lakshman and Sathyvathi, was the resident of Bollekumer, Konaje.

It is said that Dharnesh was admitted to a private hospital for heart related complications a few days, as he did not respond for the treatment, he breathed his last.

Initially, Dharnesh was employed in an STD booth in Ganjimutt. His interest in photography made him focus on the basics of photography in a studio adjacent to his STD booth. After his cousin supported Dharnesh to establish a studio in Deralakatte, with hard work and dedication, he mastered photography and owned various versions of advanced cameras.

He is survived by his father, mother, two brothers and a sister.

He was also an active member of Ullal Photographers Association.

His mother Sathyavathi is the chairman of Milk Producers’ Union.
