Bantwal, Dec 17: Cyber, Economics and Narcotics crime police station, here, on Thursday held a programme on awareness of cyber crimes as part of crime prevention month at B C Road junction.

Mangaluru CEN crime division police station SI, Palani Swamy said that we should not provide our bank account details on responding to telephone calls from unknown people and that we should also be alert about several such crime networks.

Bantwal town police station assistant sub inspector, Jayananda, traffic police station staff, Raju Poojary, Manju Vitla, Ramanna and autorickshaws drivers and owners were present.
