Kundapur, Dec 19: Dashavatara Yakshagana mandali, Kota convened by Amratheshwari temple began its tour after religious programmes on Friday December 18.
Muzrai minister Kota Srinivas Poojary took part in Yakshagana Chowki Pooja and received prasadam.
Temple management committee president Anand C Kunder said that the Yakshagana programmes are a form of offerings to the deity. “The corona guidelines from the government are being followed in the programmes. The festival procession next year will also be held as per the guidance of the government. Let us hope that upcoming days are good,” he said.
Temple management committee members M Subraya Acharya, Ramadev Aithal, Subraya Jogi, priests Ramanath Jogi, manager of the mela, Suresh Bangera and others were present.
