Madikeri, Jan 11: In an incident which happened at Chikkattoor village within Kudumangalore near Kushalnagar here, a couple ended life together by hanging.
The two who took away their lives were Sridhar (39), son of Gare Mani from Chikkattoor, and his wife, Shruthi (26). They hanged themselves with the help of ropes in an under construction house near their home.
The two had married two years back. No reasons could be attributed to their decision to take away their lives.
Kushalnagar superintendent of police Shylendra, Kushalnagar police circle inspector Mahesh Kumar, rural police station house officer Shivashankar and others visited the spot. A case was registered in Kushalnagar police station.
