Mumbai, Jan 28: Reacting to the extension of the retirement age beyond 62, doctors cum teachers from civic medical colleges protested against the decision at Azad Maidan on Wednesday, January 27.
The medical professionals have expressed resentment over the decision.
The Municipal Medical Association said that despite the commissioner IS Chahal's assurance that there would be no extension for faculty in terms of retirement age limit, however, the standing committee has granted the approval.
