Karkala: Belman Rotary Club to hold zonal sports meet 'Gobbu Gammath - 2021' on Jan 31

Karkala, Jan 30: 'Gobbu Gammath-2021', zonal sports meet of zone five of rotary district 3182 will be held on Sunday January 31 at the government pre-university college grounds at Belman under the auspices of Rotary Club of Belman.

The sports meet will be inaugurated at 9 am by Rtr Dr Bharathesh, former district governor. Rtr Subhash Kumar Nandalike will preside over the function. District assistant governor Rtr Naveen Ameen, zonal trainer Rtr Pundalika Marathe, Zonal Senani Rtr Suresh Rao, zonal sports director Rtr Devendra Shetty, president of school development committee Sathish Mada and headteacher of Belman high school Malati will be the chief guests.

In the valedictory function, rotary district secretary Rtr Allen Lewis, former district assistant governor Rtr Suryakanath Shetty, zonal senani Rtr Madegowda, proprietor of Sri Durga Foods Rtr Nityananda Shetty and physical education teacher of school Roopa will be the chief guests.

Secretary Raviraj Shetty and director of programme Rtr Vignesh Shenoy will be present.
