Mangaluru: PhD awarded to MRPL's Rudolph Vinod Joyer Noronha

Mangaluru, Feb 3: General manager (Corporate Communications) at MRPL Rudolph Vinod Joyer Noronha has been awarded with PhD Degree by department of Studies and Research in History and Archaeology, Tumkur University for his thesis "The History of Science and Technology in Tulunadu during the colonial period."

The research was done under the guidance of Prof U S Moorthi.

Speaking to daijiworld.com, Rudolph said, "I have taken seven years to complete my research. I completed BE from NITTE but from my childhood I am passionate about History, Philosophy and Literature. I have dedicated my leisure time in reading these subjects. Later, I did my masters in history. Then I did a PhD."
