Bengaluru: To rejuvenate mind, body Siddaramaiah to visit Shanthivana again

Bengaluru, Feb 11: Leader of the opposition in Karnataka assembly, Siddaramaiah, has decided to get naturopathy treatment at Shanthivana, Ujire near Dharmasthala towards preparing his body and mind for the future political battles. This decision has given rise to curious discussions in political circles.

In the past, when the Congress - JD(S) coalition was ruling the state, Siddaramaiah had spent some time in Shanthivana. He will go there on February 22 and stay for eight days.

The Congress leaders have decided to undertake the state's tour to canvas for the upcoming zilla and taluk panchayat elections and assembly election. The budget session of the legislature will begin during the first week of March. Siddaramaiah, it is presumed, wants to get treatment and be ready in time for the above things.

During the previous stay of Siddaramaiah, several Congress leaders had visited him there. One of these conversations had got recorded and become a sensation. It was said that the seeds of the fall of the coalition government had been sown there.
