Bengaluru: Nirani performs Bhumi Puja for Rs 2 cr road works in Bilagi taluk

Bengaluru, Mar 13: Mines and Geology Minister, Murugesh R Nirani performed Bhumi Puja for roadwork linking Bilagi-Mannikere-Rolli villages in Bilagi taluk of Bagalkot district at an estimated cost of Rs 2 crore on Saturday.

The important roadwork is being carried out by the State Public Works Department.

The minister also launched development works in the Bilagi assembly constituency.

Later, he attended a mass contact programme at the Sri Neelakanteshwara Ranga Mandi of Girisagara gram panchayat of Bilagi taluk.

Girisagar Math head, Sri Rudramuni Shivacharya and other local leaders were present.
