Davanagere, Mar 19: Police personnel of Honnali station in the district, on Thursday March 18, arrested three persons. The case pertains to the murder of her father by a lady, duly assisted by her paramour.
The arrested persons are Y T Srinivas, K S Sindhu, and C Usha, from Kulagatte village in Honnali taluk. The murdered man was Manjappa (70).
It is said that Manjappa's daughter, Usha, had illicit relationship with Y T Snivas from Kulagatte village. Because of closeness, Usha's daughter, K S Sindhu, a nursing college student at Shivamogga, too had developed a sexual relationship with Srinivas, it is learnt.
Manjappa who came to know about these things, had advised the concerned to mend their ways and have ethics in life. Angered by this, Manjappa was killed by his daughter and her paramour, police have claimed.
