Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Apr 13: On Monday April 12, officials of the special investigation team (SIT) investigating the CD case summoned the lady to collect evidences relating to certain incidents.

After giving the lady rest for five days the police sent mobile messages to the lady on Sunday, seeking details on WhatsApp chatting and other technical information. The lady therefore, accompanied by her lawyer, went to the SIT Office at Adugodi here. The officials confronted her with some evidence but the lady chose not to issue any statement. It is said that she has sought time to give her statements about the WhatsApp chats she had with the minister, before returning.

In the meanwhile, some sources claimed that the lady issued statements against two media persons who are said to be the kingpins of the entire operation. The advocate for the girl said that there was no such development and blamed people on the opposite side of spreading such rumours.

It is said that the lady has filed application in the court seeking to restrain newspaper publications and others from publishing news about her. The advocate said that the lady will clarify the issue through a video statement.

Balachandra Jarkiholi said in the meanwhile that he has no knowledge of the statements made by the said lady.

In CD Lady case it is utter failure of SIT and Karnataka state intelligence. Thanks to lady who herself come out and given 164 statement. The Kingpins(Ex press reporters) are lame persons and are still hiding with Congress leader who plays the real game. Unless SIT and intelligence agency are able trace the kingpins, nothing will comes out. However it is clear cut case of Honeytrap involving Congress. Congress leaders managed affairs in such away that they in power and vested 4 Assembly days to pose/challenge their involvement. Poor BJP simply watching even are not in position to an cash situation in assembly elections.
