Brahmavar: Covid vaccination camp held at St Mary's Orthodox Syrian Cathedral

Brahmavar, Jun 17: A Covid vaccination camp was held at St Mary's Orthodox Syrian Cathedral Brahmavar on Thursday June 17.

More than 330 people were vaccinated in the camp held in association with St Mary’s Orthodox Syrian Cathedral, Brahmavar, Covid task force committee and Kasturba Hospital, Manipal.

Fr M C Mathai inaugurated and blessed the camp. He stated that the poor and the needy have been provided essentials. “The cathedral and all the churches under it had been working for the needy. Covid task force was created in every church level. Our social welfare activities will continue" he said.

Fr Noel Louis, Fr Lawrence D’Souza, Kasturba Hospital Manipal's Dr Arvind, Fr David Crasta, Fr Abraham Kuriakose, Fr Joseph Chacko, Thomas Suares, church trustee, Allen Rohan Vas, secretary, members of Covid task force and others were present.
