Mangaluru, Jul 26: Till Saturday July 24, 11,04,450 anti-Covid vaccine doses have been administered. 8,49,488 people have got the first doses of the vaccine, With this, 48 percent of people have obtained the first dose. A total of 2,54,962 people have got both the doses.

Among those aged above 60, 1,83,423 have got their first dose. This effectively works out to 92 percent achievement. As many as 1,00,186 people have got both the doses, which is 55 percent achievement. Sixty-four percent of the people aged between 45 and 50 have got the first dose. A total of 98,321 among them have also got the second dose.

As many as 3,34,737 people in the 18 to 44 age group have got the first dose of the vaccination. This is 31 percent of the target population. A total of 14,166 among them have got second dose, recording a four percent achievement, said district health officer, Dr Kishore Kumar.
