Daijiworld Media Network – Mangalore (SP)

Mangalore, Sep 22: Dakshina Kannada district deputy commissioner and district magistrate, through an order, has banned holding of public processions, victory processions, protests, public meetings, functions, observation of black day and such other programmes in connection with the expected delivery of judgment by Allahabad High Court on September 24 on Ayodhya dispute, within the district. This order will be in force from 6 am on September 24 to midnight on September 26.

Raising of slogans and singing of songs in public, using of signs, using of suggestive body language, showing or spreading of pictures concerning the dispute, distribution of pamphlets, exhibiting or circulating things or materials through leaflets and such other mediums, pasting of wall posters and committing of any other steps which compromises decency, good behaviour and public security, and any act that encourages criminal activities, have been banned during the said period.

This order, however, will not be applicable to any programmes, functions or meetings being convened by the government. Processions and religious functions being held with prior permission from the divisional and taluk magistrates will also be exempt from this order, a release said.

People must not get hysteric. Laws of the land rules supreme. There should not be any protests or celebration and everyone must welcome verdict in its right spirit and there should be any further appeal. Bury the hatchet of hatred forever and extend the hand of peace and love. Thats more sensible and need of the hour. Our children dont need a temple or masjid, they need jobs, security and peace. Its our duty to pass on a stable and peaceful India to them. Lets not inject hatred and venom in their tender hearts. Let them love their neighbour and live peacefully. Lets teach them to repsect others religious feelings. No religion preachces hatred and warfare. We want peace and happiness. Verdict of babri masjid is not important and a big issue. Let is pass peacefully without much noise. Let the politician refrain from fishing in the troubled water and using masjid/mandir to score political mileage. I am for one India, peaceful India. jai hind

Absolutely, its time to bury the hatchet and show the world that we Indians dont live in the past.

"UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL".The time has come for and every Indian to move on and leave all these unpleasant memories behind. We DO NOT want our past to tear apart our future.

Hope there will be everlasting peace!!!!
