Brahmavar: Pick-up van goes out of control, driver killed

Brahmavar, Sep 7: After a pick-up van carrying pomegranates from Maharashtra to APMC market yard, Mangaluru, went out of the control of the driver, Dinesh Chandrashekhar (19) a resident of Sangli, lost his life. The accident happened at Manuru near Kota at around 3 am on Monday September 6. Dinesh was driving the vehicle. 

When the van was moving towards Manglauru, the vehicle went out of its driver's control. The vehicle smashed into the iron grill of the divider and turned over. The driver crushed under the weight of the vehicle.

The vehicle was lifted with the help of the locals and the body was extricated.
