Brahmavar, Nov 12: Unknown thieves who arrived in a car, stole cows which were found sleeping on the road. The incident happened near Saibrakatte junction near here on November 9.
A few cows were resting on the road opposite Swagath Bar when the thieves who came there in a vehicle, escaped after forcibly loading two of the cows into their car. The incident was recorded by the CCTV cameras of the bar. The way the cows were inhumanly being stuffed into the car are heart-rending. These video clips have now become viral and cattle lovers are aghast at the incident.
Similar incidents had happened a few days back at Mandarti, Brahmavar etc. Leaders of Hindu organisations have requested the police to check such incidents by increasing night patrolling on strategic routes and setting up check posts.
