Udupi, Nov 19: After a motorbike rammed into a bull that was moving on the road, the bike rider suffered serious injuries. He later succumbed to his injuries.
The victim has been identified as Farhan Ali (21) from Belapu village. The accident had happened on the night of November 12.
Farhan was riding his motorbike past Belapu Badriya masjid when his vehicle rammed into a bull that was on the road then. He fell to the road and suffered serious injuries to his head. He had been admitted into a private hospital here for treatment. The bull which too was injured in the accident had died later. The injured motorbike rider passed away on Thursday morning as efforts made to save his life failed.
A case in this respect was registered in Shirva police station.
