Udupi, Nov 19: Brahma Baidarkala's Vyaghra Chamundi Garodi in Kutpadi, Udyavar, is a revered religious sanctuary in the city of Udupi.

Doddamane Kutpadi Chandra Shetty of Patel’s clan will be handed over the reins of the temple in a programme that will be held at Kanangi temple here on November 22 at 8.30 am. The temple has a history of nearly 400 years.

The event will be an honour for the efforts of K C Shetty, managing director of Lumen’s group of India and president of Bunts chamber of commerce and industries.
