Karwar, Dec 20: The town unit president of Honnavar taluk BJP has been accused of sharing the video of a woman having bath in the nude. The woman concerned has filed a complaint with the Honnavar police.
The nude video has reportedly reached hundreds of phones through Umesh Sarang, president of BJP Honnavar town unit.
In her complaint, the lady said that Sarang, an auto rickshaw driver by profession, had collected her phone number and thereafter started behaving with her freely. She said that he later threatened to harm her reputation by revealing to her husband about the intimacy he shared with her. She claimed that in order to satisfy him, she had created video of the scene of her taking bath and sent it to him by WhatsApp. As he has now made the video viral, she has sought action against him.
