Mumbai: Kalina resident K M Suvarna conferred national award

Mumbai, Dec 20: Jagatik Paryavaran organization, New Delhi has conferred national award on Santa Cruz east Kalina resident K M Suvarna and felicitated him.

In the awards programme held at Constitution club house, New Delhi on December 15, Union minister Ramadas Aravale, former MLC Pasha Patel Latur and other elite persons present as guests of honor presented a plaque, honored and congratulated K M Suvarna.

Paryavaran Parishad president Vijayaraje Dhamal was on the dais. Prime minister Modi too had taken part in the beginning of the programme.

Suvarna, resident of Ennetattu, Palimar, Udupi who has been running a canteen at Vidyanagari Kalina campus here since the last four decades, has indulged in environment protection and social work behind the curtain.
