Mumbai, Dec 28: Police of Amboli police station unearthed a new twist to the case of a young woman who killed herself in the flat owing to blackmailing by four people posing as NCB officers. Now it has come to light that the young woman had nursed ambitions of becoming an actress in Bollywood.’

As per the details given by police, the victim woman was a native of West Bengal and had landed in the city with the aspiration of becoming an actress in Bollywood. However, when she could not get the required breakthrough, she ended up doing escort service.

Two people were arrested after the suicide note left by the woman, who accused the culprits of asking a ransom of Rs 20 lac with the threat of probing her escort service business.

Nawab Malik, minister in the Maharashtra government urged the cops to conduct thorough investigation into the suicide and make sure that the accused indeed don’t have any link with NCB or any other government agency as he feels that it might be a racket.
