Bengaluru, Dec 29: All amenities needed by Employees would be made available under one roof in Karmika Bhavans, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said speaking to media persons at his residence in Hubballi Wednesday.

Appreciating the functioning of the Labour Department he said the Labour Department is functioning commendably.

Karmika Bhavans have been built in such a way that they could render all the facilities needed by the laborers under one roof. Already, eight Karmika Bhavans have been built in the State. Karmika Bhavans would be built in all the remaining districts in the coming days. Mobile Clinic Units have been launched to provide medical care.

The Labour Minister Shivaram Hebbar's efforts to provide relief to workers during the Covid pandemic deserves appreciation, he said.

BJP Executive meet is being held under the leadership of BJP State President Nalin Kumar Katil.

"We would strive to realise expectations of party senior leadership to help the party grow strong, foster coordination between the party and government and face the elections unitedly," Bommai said.

The newly elected members to the State Legislative Council from the BJP were felicitated at the BJP State Executive.

BJP National General Secretary and State in-charge Arun Singh and other party leaders were present.
