Mangaluru: Sprinter Poovamma ties knot with Kerala-based athlete Jithin Paul

Mangaluru, Dec 29: Indian sprinter, Olympian M R Poovamma married Jithin Paul, an athlete from Kerala, in a ceremony organised at Adyar Garden in the city's outskirts on Wednesday December 29. The marriage took plcae as per Kodava tradition.

Poovamma's father Machettira Thammaiah (Raju), mother Jaji, Jithin's mother Jancy, family members, friends, sportsmen and other dignitaries took part in the marriage.
