Mangaluru's Deepa K S bags 4 gold medals in Asian power lifting, bench press competitions in Turkey

Mangaluru, Dec 31: Deepa K S, resident of Mangaluru has won four gold medals in Asian Power Lifting and Bench Press competitions Masters division (76 kg) being held in Turkey, Istanbul.

Deepa is undergoing training under power lifter Pradeep Kumar.

Deepa is the wife of Kunjathodi Vasudev Bhat Kadri. Her son Rutvik Alevooraya had also bagged two gold medals in Commonwealth games.
