Udupi, Jan 2: Palimaru Math senior seer Shri Shri Vidyadheeshatheertha Sripada, Kaniyoor Math seer Shri Vidyavallabhatheertha Sripada, Sode Math seer Shri Vishwavallabhatheertha Sripada and Palimaru Math junior seer Shri Shri Vidyarajeshwaratheertha Sripada took bath in sea shore at Mattu beach near Katapadi and also gave Dandodaka and Tharpana.

The seers were welcomed with fruits, flowers and Mattugulla by Tantri of Sri Vishnumoorthy temple Praveen Tantri, Mattu Laxminarayana Rao, priest of temple Srikant Acharya, Chandappa Kotian and eminent personalities of Mattu. Swamiji took boat ride on the request of local devotees.

BJP state vice president Nayana Ganesh, Kote panchayat former vice president Ganesh Kumar Mattu, Kote panchayat member Nagaraj Mattu, Ramesh Poojary, Prema Kundar, Ratnakar, seniors Sadarama Mendon, Keshava Suvarna Mattu, Harsha Mattu, president and members of Karavali Mattu Bhajana Mandali and devotees were present in large numbers.
