Puttur, Jan 9: A gang of men, borne on five bikes, trespassed the house on late night of Friday, January 7 and assaulted three inmates of the house at Mudala, near Kumbra of Olamogru village.
Aithappa Naika, his wife Vinoda and son Anish are the victims of this assault. At around 11.20 pm on Friday men arrived on five bikes and barged into the house and assaulted the inmates.
In a case that is filed at Puttur rural police station, it is alleged that a 10-member gang including Dhananjaya Panja, Janardhana Madavu and Vijaya has assaulted three people.
