Mangaluru: Holy Cross Church Cordel felicitates Sonal Monteiro on winning SOAD

Mangaluru, Jan 11: Sonal Agnes Monteiro, daughter of Sunil Monteiro and Janet Monteiro of Makale St Rita Ward Kulshekar Parish was declared the winner of SOAD – 5 Mangoa singing reality show on January 2, 2022 at Kalangan, Shakthinagar.

She won the title 'Rani Kogul'. The Holy Cross Parish Cordel was proud with her achievement. She was felicitated by the parish community on Friday January 7, 2022 after the 6 pm mass. Fr Clifford Fernandes, the parish priest along with Michael Dsouza, vice president Parish Pastoral Parishad and Lancy Sequeira, the secretary Parish Pastoral Parishad offered a bouquet of flowers and greeted SonalM onteiro.

Fr Clifford wished her well. Fr Jovin, Fr Shaun and deacon Vivek were present. At present she is the joint secretary of ICYM Cordel unit.
