Bengaluru: Scooter, Tipper collision – Samanvi of ‘Nannamma Superstar’ fame dies, mother injured

Bengaluru, Jan 14: Samanvi (6), contestant of reality show ‘Nannamma Super Star show’, died in an accident between scooty and tipper that occurred at Konanakunte of the city on Thursday. Her mother Amritha Naidu is grievously injured in the accident.

Samanvi and her mother Amritha were going by scooter when a tipper hit their vehicle when they were plying towards Vajarahalli from Konanakunte road. Samanvi is the granddaughter of Harikatha singer Gururaja Naidu.

Amritha Naidu, mother of deceased Samanvi is shifted to a local hospital. The mortal remains of Samanvi is taken to KIMS for post mortem. Accused tipper truck driver is arrested by Kumaraswamy Layout police and further inquiry is on.
