Mangaluru, Jan 29: MLA U T Khader said that he will write to the government for forest vigilance committee probe into the forest official transfer in Beltangady.

When queried about CM Ibrahim leaving Congress party and joining JD(S) Khader said, “When you have expectations, it common to get hurt and issue such statements. We cannot say if he will leave Congress, but he will never join JD(S), as he was the only one who criticised JD(S) badly.

“Public have already decided that Congress will win the next elections. People have rejected BJP. They expected the government to be stable with development but BJP are leading an unstable government as they change their chief minister every now and then. The government needs to be stable so that pro-people facilities reach the beneficiaries.

“The difference between Congress and BJP is that under Congress’ rule people used to earn on their own and lead their life. But under BJP’s rule, people wake up and think whether this government is stable or not,” he said.

Khader denied groupism in the party.

“We from district Congress will protest over the rising KSRTC ticket prices,” he said.
