Udupi, Jan 31: Kumar Chandra, who was functioning as the additional superintendent of police (SP) of the district, has been transferred as the additional SP of Dakshina Kannada district. He has served the district for four years.

Additional SP S T Siddalingappa, has been posted in the vacancy created by his transfer.
