Moodbidri: Infant Jesus Shrine Feast at Alangar

Moodbidri, Jan 31: The annual feast of Infant Jesus was celebrated at Alangar Moodbidri. The solemn festive mass was presided over by Fr Paul Sequiera, vicar forane of Moodbidri on January 3o, at 4 pm.

'Fearing God let us Walk in His Ways was the festal theme. In his preaching he said, "Devotion to Infant Jesus should help us walk in the way Jesus taught us. When we do that our worship becomes meaningful".

Donors of the feast were honoured with a festal candle. New wishing song CD, Sanman Suvalo, composed by Fr Maxim D’Souza and Fr Walter D’Souza was released by Fr Paul Sequeira

Many priests, religious, nuns and thousands of faithful, devotees of Infant Jesus despite caste and creed from Moodbidri surroundings and neighbouring places participated. Soon after the Holy Mass coffee and snacks was served to all.
