Byndoor, Jan 31: A private complaint had been filed in the court against a person named Uday Bijoor. Uday has been accused of making contemptuous comments about Byndoor MLA, B M Sukumar Shetty, on Facebook. On the basis of this private complaint, a case has been registered in Byndoor police station.

In Prasad Byndoor's Facebook live, Uday Bijoor has made comments that are outrageous and which are damaging to the MLA's reputation, said Dinesh Poojary. Dinesh Poojary, a fan of the MLA and assistant convener of BJP Byndoor assembly constituency beneficiaries’ cell, has filed this case.
