Puttur: Bikers come under bus wheels, suffer serious injuries

Puttur, Feb 2: Two motorbike riders who came under the wheels of a government bus suffered serious injuries. The accident took place on Tuesday February 1 at Pedamale Road, Uppinangady, on Tuesday February 1.

The injured have been identified as Ashok Carvar (31) and Manoj Singh Carvar (35), of Rajasthan origin.

Both the injured youngsters were employed in a granite dealership at Nekkilady here. They were travelling by a motorbike to attend to construction work near Beltangady when they came under the wheels of a KSRTC bus which came from the opposite direction. Both stand admitted into a private hospital in Puttur.
