Bangalore, Feb 3: State higher education minister, Dr V S Acharya, stressed that the question of change of state leadership in the immediate future, has not at all arisen.

Speaking to reporters who approached him on Wednesday February 2, Acharya refused to react to statements issued by national leaders of the party including former union minister, Shatrughan Sinha, on this subject.

At the same time, he clarified that no discussions about the need to change the leadership in the state has ever been held within the party circles so far.

    Perhaps that need shall never arise Mr.Acharya. In the foreseeable future this very corrupt government shall crumble as an attribute to its own legacy. When there would be no government what leadership would you change.

    Karnataka politics has become pretty much like Egypt. It is rediculous to stay in power when the people do not want you. In a democracy people are the real power and not the leader. We all know the meaning of "praja prabhutva". When the people have lost confidence in him he has step down gracefully. It is utter shame and disgrace to continue in power against the wishes of the people.

    Till corruption remains Govt remains. corrupt money rules. Like egypt tunisia style will change the situation.Otherwise why change tax public and politicians spend it if that is not enough take the land from the poor and sell it..
