Mangalore: Public Relation Cell Inaugurated at District Police Office

Mangalore, Feb 4: The DK district police launched the Public Relations Cell at the District Police Office, Mangalore on Friday February 4.

District publicity and information officer Rohini inaugurated the cell by cutting the ribbon. S P Dr A Subrahmanyeshwar Rao was also present during the programme.

The cell, headed by a police sub-inspector will provide authentic and timely information to the public as well as media, regarding police matters in the district.

Two phone lines are provided for the public, 0824-2424204 (landline) and 94808 05300 (mobile). The cell would take up the task of maintaining and updating the district police website too. The cell will function round the clock.
