Mangalore: H M Pernal’s Dream Project www.kittall.com Set for Feb 5 Launch

Mangalore, Feb 4: Melvyn Rodrigues, Konkani poet and director (operations), of Daijiworld Media Private Limited, will launch www.kittall.com promoted by H M Pernal, Konkani litterateur, poet and critic, in a function to be held at Sandesha auditorium at 5.00 pm on Saturday February 5. 
 
Sandesha Foundation director Fr Valerian Mendonca will be the chief guest on the occasion. 
 
Vishwa Konkani Kendra chairman Basti Vaman Shenoy and Konkani Prachar Sanchalan chairman Roy Castelino will be the guests of honour.
 
The world ‘Kittall’ in Konkani means ‘spark’.  It was a long cherished dream of Pernal to ignite change in the Konkani literary sphere by launching www.kittall.com to tap the full potential of the internet.

    Very good initiative from H.M. I hope Kittall.com will spread the creative spark in every Konkani Person, to read and appreciate Konkani Literature more.
    This first of its kind initiative also resembles the name of Rev. Kittal and reminds us his premier work which gave a robust growth to Kannada Literature. Let Konkani Literature too reach the new heights with Kittall.com.
