Mangaluru, Jun 1: The second day novena preceding the Feast of St Anthony was held at the St Anthony Ashram - Jeppu. The theme for the day was “For all Parents and Families Bound in Unity."
The novena mass was held at Milagres Church at 6 PM. Fr Daniel Veigas, parish priest of St Dominic Church, Ashoknagar celebrated the mass. Fr J B Crasta, Fr Rupesh Tauro, Fr Larry Pinto con-celebrated the mass.
Special prayers were offered for all families and the unity of their members in all joys and adversities. Choir of Swaranjali Music school sang and joined in thanks giving.
Morning novena was celebrated at 11:30 AM in the Ashram. Lunch was served to all devotees.
