Mangaluru: Karnataka Bank's 98th annual general meeting held through video conferencing

Mangaluru, Aug 26: Karnataka Bank’s 98th annual general meeting was held here on August 26 through video conferencing.

The meeting was presided and addressed by P Pradeep Kumar, chairman of the bank. 

 

Mahabaleshwara M S, managing director & CEO, also addressed and responded to the queries of the shareholders.

In the meeting, the members approved the distribution of 40 percent dividend for the financial year 2021-22. Seen on the occasion were directors, top executives and legal advisor of the bank.

    Why does the bank have virtual AGM? It should be physical meeting. Trying to save money even after rate of deposits gone down.

    Please increase the additional interest of 40 paise on FDs to 50 paise for senior citizens, on par with all other banks as your bank is the only bank gives less interest
