Bantwal: Goods tempo hits bike on Kudmani mini bridge, rider killed

Bantwal, Oct 25: In a road accident, a goods tempo rammed into a bike on Kudmani mini bridge, near Koyla market on Tuesday, October 25 afternoon causing the death of the two-wheeler rider on the spot.

The deceased is Mijar resident Dinesh Semitha (23). He was riding his bike from Moodbidri to Bantwal when the tempo belonging to a beedi company arriving from B C Road to Moodbidri collided with it.

The head of the bike rider reportedly hit the road and he died due to severe loss of blood on the spot. Melkar traffic station police arrived and conducted a spot inspection.
