Govind karjol, compensation should be paid by the Insurance company and tempo owner for illegally transpting passengers in a goods carrier. As a incharge minister you should provide adequate transport facility for the people. So that this kind of incidents won't repeat. Dont make drama on deaths of innocents just for votes. Shame on you.
