Beltangady, Jan 5: Cubbon Park police of Bengaluru have begun a search operation at the valley of Charmadi Ghat to recover the body of H Sharath, a resident of Konanakunte of Bengaluru, who was allegedly abducted and murdered over some financial matter. The search continued on Wednesday also.
In the murder that took place around nine months ago, 10 accused are involved. The accused confessed with police that the body was thrown at Charmadi Ghat after the murder. The police team conducted a special operation based on the letter and video sent by a citizen.

Locals are helping police in the search work. It is said that the operation is in jeopardy as the two accused, whom the police have brought from Bengaluru, are changing the spot every now and then. So far no clue is found. As Charmadi Ghat valley is very deep, rope is being used to reach the bottom.
