Beltangady: Man facing multiple cases arrested for evading court hearing

Beltangady, Feb 14: Police have arrested an accused who was absconding without appearing before the court for the hearing. The accused is facing cases under Beltangady and Dharmasthala police station limits. Police picked the accused from Harakalagoodu in Hassan district on Monday February 13.

The arrested is identified as Satish, a resident of Kanyadi in Dharmasthala.

The police arrested the accused under 244 of IPC and 498(A) and 34 IPC. Though the court had issued a warrant to appear before the court, the accused never appeared.

Beltangady police head constable Vrushabha, constable Basavaraj and Dharmastala police station head constable Rajesh coordinated in arresting the accused.
