This is pure insiders work. They knew which key is kept where and so on Otherwise how can one person taking so much time to search ,go to one to another exactly and the one who left key of safe there is 100percent not normal.Made the theft easier.or lessened the work of shopkeeper of going to Bank.Just observe someone who installed the safe. Why keep so much money in safe overnight?

Owner of this business is a pure Bhakth. Normally coastal side people are blind bhakts due to it's major influence of the region belonging to upper caste. 60L cash at store? So no ED, IT raid here? People have lost business and jobs, further living life with debt due to current regime of their ill fated governance and also covid effect, thus many are indulging into loot, robbery, cheating etc. There is a tremendous increase in such activities. Coastal region had very less such cases earlier.
