Kasargod, Mar 18: Additional sessions court of the city sentenced accused in sexual harassment of a nine-year-old girl to 88 years in prison and slapped a find of Rs seven lac.
Mohammed (60), a resident of Delampady Chamatadka, is the accused who is convicted by the court.
The accused had taken the minor girl to a deserted area near a house many times in 2019 and sexually assaulted her.
Adoor police had registered the case based on the complaint filed by the parents of the victim.
