Mangaluru, Apr 16: "The BJP will make more progress than expected in this election. Just wait and watch," said B L Santhosh, the BJP's national general secretary.
He made this statement in response to questions from media persons during his visit to the Mangalore North Constituency's election office in Kavoor.
Although he remained silent on Jagadish Shettar's resignation from the BJP, he did speak to the MLA and candidate of the Mangaluru North constituency Bharath Shetty Y, and asked party activists to work for the party's victory.
