Congress releases final list; Inayat Ali gets Mangaluru North constituency poll ticket

Bengaluru, Apr 20: The Congress party released its final list of five candidates for the upcoming legislative assembly elections.

Inayat Ali Mulki has been granted ticket from the Mangaluru North constituency.

In the previous lists released by the Congress, former MLA J R Lobo was given ticket from the Mangaluru South constituency. Ashok Kumar Rai will fight the polls from Puttur constituency and Muniyal Udaykumar Shetty was granted ticket to contest from Karkala constituency.

In coastal region, U T Khader is offered ticket from Mangaluru, Mithun Rai from Moodbidri, Rakshit Shivaram from Beltangady, Ramanath Rai from Bantwal, Krishnappa G from Sullia, Gopal Poojary from Byndoor, Vinay Kumar Sorake from Kaup and Dinesh Hegde Molahalli from Kundapur legislative constituency. Prasad Raj Kanchan was given the election ticket to contest from the Udupi constituency.

    A honest and hardworking candidate has given a chance who always works behind the scene. we all should support such young and energetic person to see some changes in the society. i personally met him and he is very down to earth person and always ready to support for any of the cause.     I live in Mulki and a 'politically aware' individual. Esp of Congress. But, I am hearing this name Inayat Ali for the first time. He was not even active in any political event. For sure BJP will send him on a leather hunt. Not a good idea when there is only less than 3 weeks for elections. Inayat Ali's career will be taken heavily from the right place, even before it starts.

    Dear Earnest, You may not be knowing him. But he is one of the best candidate in costal district across the BJP/ Congress. He always works behind the scene , without much hype. He is a hardcore congress man from his childhood/school days. He is present KPCC General Secretary & Ex. National NSUI general secretary. He will definitely fight & work for the betterment of costal region of our state. Please support Young energetic leader like Inayat Ali Mulki. We need leader like him for our costal district. He will never be a silent spectator like our present MLA's when any problem comes up in the parliament for discussion. He has very good rapport with Congress high command.

    CONGRATS inayat, now work HARD.. get rid of corrupt openly communal RSS/BJPs 40% govt. Its clear as sun out of 40% a big part was going2 GautanDas & his adani co's as well as to fund UP/WB/assam campaigns. Its OUR hard earned money this impotent state RSS/BJP leaders looted & gave to gujrati chaiwallah who cudnt even pass 4th std!!! & THIS MUST STOP.. only way THROW OUT shamelessly corrupt RSS/BJP govt. ITS hard2 digest karnataka/maharastra fund almost 50% GautamDas's criminal empire!! our blood boils to know that OUR money used to spread RSS/BJPs hate politics,false narrative & godi media. GautamDas's gujrat model is becoming clear,1st put somehow RSS/BJP govt mostly by toppling or with the help of ED/CBI/IT.then once in govt LOOT as much as possible & take most of money to gautamDas shell co's..& his MLA purchase schemes in other states.in next election change most of LOOTERS give ticket to fresh looters !!!!THIS IS GUJRAT MODEL

    They gave ticket to Ramanath rai. really then how can Congress expect to win? Since i was small in school i am seeing this guy in all the election getting tickets. Congress need to give chance to young guys and not old and outdated.

    Inayath ali's ticket is not to win the elections. I think DKS has an understanding with BJP to give ticket to weak candidates in 10 to 15 constituency so that ED wil go soft on him. This is an insult to congress voters of north constituency that mass leader, mohideen bava was not given the ticket. Karara jawab milega to congRSS

    This is heights of foolishness. Keeping the winning horse aside and giving the b form to someone whom no one even knows. Bava has been consistently active for the last 3-4 years especially during covid lockdowns,it's an insult to hardworking people. Sometimes it feels like Congress likes to take money and lose by giving b forms to random people. Earnestly hope he contests independently.
