Udupi, May 9: The highly acclaimed quiz competition of Coastal Karnataka, HP CATS - Chanaksha Challenge, organized by Daijiworld Udupi studio, has reached the semi-final stage. After completing two rounds, the top 9 schools have been selected for the semi-final round. The program is being telecast on the daijiworld24x7 channel.
The seasoned quiz master for Season 2 is the renowned anchor and compere, Alwyn Danthy. A total of 37 schools from Udupi and Mangalore competed in the first round, from which 23 schools were selected for the second round. Each school team consists of two student participants from the High School sections. This quiz reality show has garnered widespread acclaim and boasts a large viewership.

The semi-final round, featuring nine schools, will be filmed soon. The schools selected for the semi-final round of Season 2 of Chanaksha Challenge are Government Composite High School Volakadu, Christ School Manipal, Dr. N. Shankara Adyanthya Memorial English Medium High School Nitte, Viveka PU College (High School Section) Kota, MNDSM High School Mudradi, Government PU College Brahmavar (High School Section), Mount Rosary English School Santhekatte, Sri Narayanaguru English Medium School Padubelle, and Morarji Desai Residential School Hirebettu.
Daijiworld Udupi launched "Chanaksha Challenge" Season 2 in June 2022, following the tremendous success and overwhelming response received for Season 1. Each episode features different levels covering various subjects such as general knowledge, politics, history, current affairs, sports, and more. To enhance the knowledge level of participating students, unique audio-visual rounds and rapid-fire rounds have been added to the show.
As a unique initiative, viewers can also participate in the show by answering weekly questions exclusively for viewers, presented by Anjali Water Parks, Karje. The lucky winner will receive a gift voucher worth Rs 1,000.

The winners of "Chanaksha Challenge Season 2" will be awarded an exciting cash prize, trophy, and certificate. The first-place winning team will receive a cash prize of Rs 15,000, while the second and third-place winning teams will be awarded cash prizes of Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000 respectively. All participants will receive certificates of appreciation.
